For each of the 4 days of the convention, C-SPAN has gavel-to-gavel coverage. CNN starts coverage at 3pm MSNBC at 4pm; ABC, CBS & NBC at 7pm. At this point there's no information on when the major speeches are. Keynote (Mark Warner) & Michelle Obama Monday; Hillary Tuesday; Bill Clinton, VP candidate, & rollcall Wednesday; Obama Thursday.
